Production of trolleys with drop forged steel bodies instead of cast iron bodies has started. Trolleys that are used in our production of Webb type conveyors, are being produced as drop forged steel, in conformity with the international standards. As known well, in our country, trolleys for Webb type conveyors were made of cast iron and this was causing a lower strenght against failure during bending or tension comparing to the international norms. For the first time in our country, Yakut Makina has offered to the service of the Turkish Industry the 3”,4” and 6” drop forged steel body trolleys in conformity with the international standards.
* Production of 6 systems in webb type conveyors has started…
Production of 6” systems in webb type conveyors has started. As known well, in 6” “heavy duty” systems no production in conformity to the standards was done in our country. Chains used to carry heavy loads and trolley bodies were made of cast iron inconsistently to the standards. Once again, Yakut Makina, as a pioneer in our country, has started to produce drop forged steel chain and drop forged body trolleys for above mentioned 6” systems, in conformity with the international standards.
